Tiffany grew up on a fifth-generation farm and timber operation in Junction City, Oregon. She received a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in Crop and Soil Science (2015), and later obtained a master’s degree in Community and Leadership Development with an emphasis in Agricultural Education from the University of Kentucky (2017).
Post graduate studies, Tiffany worked as an Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent and later for the State Department of Agriculture in Kentucky. In addition to her role as Grassroots Coordinator at Oregonians for Food & Shelter, Tiffany farms with her husband, is the Lane County Farm Bureau President, and serves as co-chair of the Environmental Equity Committee of Governor Kate Brown’s Racial Justice Council.
